All orders placed on our website, are subject to our acceptance. It is unlikely that we will not accept your order however this sometimes occurs due to stock errors. If this occurs we will let you know that your order has been cancelled and refund you. Once your order has been processed you will recieve a confirmation email.  

Our online payment system is processed securely through Shopify which ensures your financial information is secure. We do not store your payment information including credit card details. 

All prices on icediced.co.nz are in NZD and include GST. 

All orders which are confirmed, will be shipped via Go Sweet Spot through NZ Couriers within New Zealand only. Once  shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

When packaging your order we ensure it is sufficiently packaged so breakages do not occur in transit. Where parcels are damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process this is not our fault and we are not responsible for providing a replacement or refund. Issues with your order's quality will be dealt with individually, upon notification to us within 5 days of delivery. 

All processed orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns for change of mind. Orders are processed based on the details you provided so please ensure your order and details such as address are correct prior to submitting.
